meet the band

Gaz is our guitar player, sound engineer and usually the primary contact for all booking enquiries. He’s been playing guitars since he was about 12, influenced by Slash and then the Grunge explosion. He’s played in almost every type of band over the years and has played events large and small.

Mark is the bass player and frontman of our band. He grew up in Australia and played with many acclaimed artists there such as The Wendells and Jeff St John. Since emigrating to the UK he has performed regularly as a solo act and in a variety of bands until finally joining Limelight.

Calum is  our drummer. He has been playing since he was 11 and was gigging pretty soon after that. Mostly in originals projects in his later teens an early 20s before turning his hand to the covers/function band scene with Limelight nearly 4 years ago. 

Gemma is the singer with our duo. A respected solo artist in her own right she has multiple originals releases available on iTunes and spotify. Gemma also plays piano and guitar and is equally at home singing laidback ballads as she is getting the audience on their feet to party classics.
